The average size villa will have three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Average interior covered space will be around 4100 sq. ft. plus exterior veranda space of about 1200 sq. ft. (Minimum size villa will be 5300 sq. ft. of interior/exterior covered living space.)

Pricing starts at us$2.1m and will range upward depending upon villa-site selection and the buyer's preferences with regard to villa size and amenities. Our Solerno villa will be a 3-bed, 3.5-bath unit with Great Room, ample kitchen, dining room, expansive veranda, swimming pool, and garage. The Suncatcher villa will have a distinct West Indian theme and will also have three bedrooms but will have 5 baths, a home heater/gym area, study, climate controlled storage and garage.
