St. Kitts and Nevis are uniquely situated in the lesser Antilles with close proximity to St. Barth’s, Anguilla, St. Marten, Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, Saba and Saint Eustatius. These islands are all within a 20-minute flight time, or few hours by powerboat or a day sail away. (Maps).

St. Kitts and Nevis both offer excellent opportunities for purchasing a retirement home, holiday getaway, investment property or commercial development property. The style and scale of development taking place on both islands are of high quality and low density. With excellent land and property available from the sea to the majestic lush mountains, one can find their slice of perfect island life.

Both islands offer beautiful and dramatic views of the surrounding islands, the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea with their crystal clear waters for swimming, diving, fishing and boating, and lush towering volcanic peaks with many varieties of flora and forna and fantastic hiking trails. There are also many beautiful secluded beaches with sand colours ranging from golden to pink to black, and off shore coral reefs and volcanic rocky coves for snorkeling and shelling. Such is the variety of landscape and beauty of our islands.

Being a late developer, St. Kitts and Nevis has learnt from other islands mistakes and therefore still retains its old island charm with very friendly people and a stable government focusing on long term high quality sustainable development. Our newest development on St. Kitts is the Christophe Harbour development that embodies the essence of quality with low density on 2500 acres on the beautiful South East Peninsula (Christophe Harbour).

My associates and I at St. Kitts Realty, with our many years of experience and knowledge of both islands, will find you “A slice of perfect island life.’’ We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful islands of St. Kitts and Nevis.
